New Registration

We are currently accepting new patients who live within our catchment area.

We never discriminate on the grounds of age, sex, medical condition, race, disability or social class, and if we are unable to register you we will always provide you with a reason either verbally or in writing.

To register with our GP Practice please ask reception for a registration form. If you have a photo ID or medical card then please bring this along with you.

The practice aims to complete new registrations within 48 hours of receiving the completed paperwork. Once you have been registered, the practice will contact you to make an appointment with either the Practice Nurse or Healthcare Assistant for a new patient health check. During this appointment they will carry out routine health checks to ensure our records are accurate and up-to-date.

You do not need to inform your old practice that you are moving, your medical records will be transferred to us once registration is complete, although this may not happen straightaway.
