URGENT / ACUTE APPOINTMENTS

Our appointments phone line opens up from 8am. If you require an urgent or acute on the day medical appointment, we recommend calling between the hours of 8:00am and 10:00am. Our reception staff are trained care navigators who will direct your query to the appropriate clinician or service.

ROUTINE APPOINTMENTS

If your condition is non-urgent or you require a follow up appointment with a clinician, we may have pre-bookable appointments available for patients to book in advance. These aren’t always available but please call the practice to check.

We offer both face to face and telephone triage appointments.
