Prescription ordering via email

We now have a dedicated prescription ordering email address:

Please use this email for ordering your prescription or for any prescription queries.

Don’t forgot you can also order any repeat medication through the NHS app. When ordering via the NHS app acute medications cannot be ordered, this request will need to be emailed.

Polite reminder, for those who are 16-75 and are able, as of the 1st November we will no longer take prescription requests over the phone
